These Terms govern your use of the Urban Forge website and purchases of our print-on-demand apparel in the United States.

By accessing or purchasing from Urban Forge, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Store

Urban Forge sells apparel such as t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts with ready designs and optional custom printing from customer-uploaded artwork. Prices are shown in USD.

2. Orders & Production

Orders are produced after payment is confirmed. Because items are made to order, production and shipping times can vary. Estimated timelines shown at checkout or on product pages are guidelines, not guarantees.

3. Custom Designs

If you upload a design, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it for commercial printing. You must not upload illegal, infringing, hateful, or otherwise prohibited content. We may refuse or cancel orders that violate these rules.

4. Pricing & Payment

All payments are processed securely online at checkout. Available methods may include cards, PayPal, and other options shown during checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Risk of loss passes according to carrier practices after the order is dispatched. Tracking is provided when available. See our Shipping & Delivery page for more detail.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Because products are made to order, returns are limited. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items may be eligible for replacement or refund as described on our Returns & Exchanges page. Custom designs that print as ordered generally cannot be returned for change-of-mind.

7. Intellectual Property

Urban Forge branding, ready artwork, product photography, and site content are protected. You may not copy or reuse our designs without written permission. Your uploaded artwork remains yours; you grant us a limited license to print and fulfill your order.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Urban Forge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any order. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
