Because Urban Forge apparel is produced after you order, return options are limited—but we stand behind print and product quality.
What we can help with
- Items arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong size or product shipped by mistake
- Print quality issues that do not match the approved order
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
What usually cannot be returned
- Change of mind after a correctly printed custom design
- Orders with customer upload errors (low resolution, wrong file, spelling in artwork)
- Worn, washed, or altered items
